In April 2021, Ridge decided to buy four registered purebred Hereford heifers who were all pregnant. They were around two years old at the time and eventually all gave birth to beautiful calves near the end of the year. Helen, Jessica, Sarah, and Allie were our Genesis, our beginning to make our herd what it will be in the future and we are so thankful to have them as a reminder of how RD3 GA Cattle first started. By January 2023, we had 12 cows in our herd and counting!
